- Use water to hydrate, not sports or energy drinks that cost a lot and cause tooth decay.
- Instead of taking yourself or your children to the doctor’s, for simple questions either email or call the office. Sometimes that can save an office visit charge.
- Don’t go to the emergency room unless you need to. It will always be more expensive.
