1. Add ¼ tsp of cinnamon a day to your diet to reduce blood sugar levels and avoid, even reverse, diabetes.
  2. Make sure you and your children floss daily to avoid oral health problems and avoid higher dental bills.
  3. Use water to hydrate, not sports or energy drinks that cost a lot and cause tooth decay.
  4. Instead of taking yourself or your children to the doctor’s, for simple questions either email or call the office. Sometimes that can save an office visit charge.
  5. Don’t go to the emergency room unless you need to. It will always be more expensive.
